Everyone was super friendly and very polite.

Quaint hotel located in a downtown area adjacent to Massachusetts Street where there is a ton of shops. The rooms huge and newly decorated with clean towels, TV.

This place was just what we needed, would recommend. Hotel was clean and perfect with very friendly staff and magnificent location to far from the Airport. There was a nice bar with good service.

The room was newly renovated and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware. The view it had was BEAUTIFUL.

We truly enjoyed this staying. It was a quiet and great hotel in a downtown area, really close to Close to Massachusetts Street, shops and restaurants, and all the downtown restaurants. Its location was marvellous and the staff were superfriendly people who cancelled our reservation.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible, and the bathroom was dark.

The hotel was located really close to Massachusetts Street where there is a ton of shops and restaurants and the river and Lawrence for 4 years. Stayed in newly decorated suite on my blankets. The service was good, that made the property quiet place. It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location to far from the Airport.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and amenities. The hotel facilities, including a spacious pool and hot tub, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to Massachusetts Street and Kansas University. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including fresh juice and coffee, and the option of eggs, waffles, and cereal.

Breakfast was very poor. Room was very comfortable but very dark. We asked for extra lights and the staff gave us two more which helped but the room was still quite dark. However it was large, clean and comfortable

Nothing. Just wish the buildings around the hotel had more venues. Shops, eateries and such. Would be great to have that without leaving the property.

Wonderful accommodation, accommodating staff, favourable location on river area. Well-kept, huge rooms, heated swimming pools. Incredibly beautiful view, exceptionally comfortable bed and free breakfast. Very comfortable overall experience.

Spacious, clean room with a beautiful view of the river and sunrise. Friendly staff and a good variety of food for breakfast. Convenient location near the Amtrak station. Sofia in living area was versatile and comfortable, with a trundle bed underneath. No negative aspects encountered.
